The Pipeline Analyst provides strategic analysis, support and reporting. This position will be involved in various complex business intelligence projects, such as preparing and analysing key business metrics, sales pipeline, sales strategy, profitability, and campaign results. This position will assist in preparing economic/financial research and analysis for use in the development of business strategies and tactics to increase pipeline.
Exemplary CRM (Salesforce) use, the ability to understand detailed system processes and clearly present data using visualisation is paramount to the success of the role.

Key tasks:
- Determine what data trends mean. Being able to analyse the data is crucial.
- Build and manage reports (dynamic and static) and dashboards in Salesforce CRM. Responsible for the preparation and analysis of weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting deliverables.
- Once the data is analysed, communicate findings, and reiterate if required to instigate change.
- Complete work on large projects with many data streams and deadlines.
- Use data to answer questions that different departments may have of what is working and what is not.
- Monitor successful activities and highlight high/low performing processes or personnel to management.
- Daily review of the pipeline to ensure that opportunities are up to date and have the correct information. Assist in producing quarterly pipeline review documents.
