Can you use digital to engage with people with lived experiences of unique challenges such as Parkinson's, cancer or living in poverty to paint a real, human picture of the potential of digital.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Degree Apprentice to support our Head of Marketing.

Responsibilities

Assisting our Head of Marketing, your responsibilities will include;
  • Working with google analytics and social media insights to monitor growth and interaction
  • Delivering on digital marketing campaigns
  • Management of all social media networks including scheduling posts
  • Improvement and maintenance of SEO
  • Writing articles, blogs, video creation to generate engagement and drive traffic to the website
  • Organising email marketing campaigns and analysing data
  • Management of Google Adwords/PPC and social advertising when relevant
  • Supporting on delivery of the organisational marketing strategy
  • Management and optimisation of website content

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • Strong and clear communicator
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills, strong organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise your own workload
  • An excellent understanding of how different social media platforms work
  • A good understanding of how google analytics and social analytics work
  • Knowledge of online systems such as MailChimp and WordPress would be beneficial


Personal qualities

  • Self-motivated with a positive "can do" attitude


Desired qualifications

  • GCSE Grade C or above in English & Maths (or equivalent)
  • Entry requirements of 104 UCAS points (eg: A level B, C) or equivalent


Future prospects

Full time role to continue after the end of the apprenticeship. Chance to be a part of a growing Marketing team. Additional training opportunities throughout employment.

Things to consider

This will be a fast-paced role. There is potential travel to London and working outside of normal office hours may sometimes be required (for events/travel etc).
You will be representing the organisation at events both internal and external so you will need to be comfortable communicating to stakeholders at all levels.
