This Apprenticeship Scheme welcomes both women and men to join the frontline of one of the UK’s most forward-thinking and fun-loving companies. You’ll get the chance to travel across your region, visiting customers’ homes to install or fix their products and dazzle them with your and enthusiasm.

All our Apprenticeship Schemes are offered on permanent contracts. And, around 90% of apprentices stay on with us – while others will have gained transferable skills that are sought after elsewhere.
Let’s talk about what you’ll be doing…
Our Residential Customer Care Technicians connect our customers to everything that matters to them. You’ll be visiting their homes to install or repair our phone, TV and broadband products, offer advice and tips to get the most from our services, and leave them happy with our heartfelt service.
You’ll be taught how to run cables properly, measure and adjust signal levels, make and change connections, configure state-of-the-art equipment and give our customers the low down on how their services work.
How are you going to get there?
You don’t need any technical experience beyond a passion for IT, telecoms or electrics. You’ll be given supportive guidance by your scheme mentor and other teammates throughout your time with us.
Ideally, you’ll be comfortable using cutting edge technology, enjoy solving problems (especially using your hands) and have a talent for talking to people – while a full driving license and head for heights would also be useful!
