Description of Vacancy
We are a growing Facilities Management company looking for an all-around accounts/payroll and administration assistant to join our small, busy team within the Medway City Estate. The ideal person will need to be able to speak to our customers on the phone and feel confident to take messages and assist with payroll queries.

Sending payslips General Admin/filing/scanning Document and compliance sheets Sending text messages using our text marketer Dealing with phone calls and queries Managing basic accounts Posting invoices to Sage Putting new starters onto Sage and on the bank Suppliers statement reconciliations Processing and inputting expenses Operating and using our payroll system Work with Sage Be able to run payrolls Chasing client’s documents

Working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm (40 hours per week, with 30 minutes for lunch)
Minimum of £156 per week, based on £3.90 per hours. However, this may increase based on performance.

Minimum grades A-C or equivalent required.
On the job training with the employer whilst working towards the Apprenticeship Framework – consisting of the Intermediate NVQ Level, Technical Certificate and Functional Skills if appropriate.
Regular work based assessments/observations carried out by Kent Training & Apprenticeships Tutor Assessor, to determine competency and meet with Awarding Body standards.
The employer has asked that you do not contact them direct. Doing so could jeopardise your application. You will be responsible for your travel expenses to and from your place of work. Therefore, you must have the means to get to your place of work on a daily basis whilst waiting for your first wages to be paid.
