Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, including message taking
  • A good understanding of Microsoft Excel as a lot of work is carried out on spreadsheets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
  • Establishing good working relations with colleagues and customers
  • Ability to react calmly and effectively in stressful situations
  • To follow current procedures and policies
  • General administrative and clerical support
  • Prepare letters and documents as required
  • Be aware of general office health and safety
  • Tidy and maintain the working environment

During your time we will endeavour to place you within the most suitable environment to your skill set.

You will be required to attend Head Office in Cradley Heath every 8-10 weeks for college validation and training by Main Man Supplies (costs will be reimbursed).

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

A good telephone manner with an understanding of what is required to provide a good customer service, and a good understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word.

Desired qualifications

  • 5 GCSEs graded A*-C/9-4 including English Language and maths or equivalent
  • A level 3 qualification in Business or Business Administration (either an Extended Diploma or A-Levels)
