Do you want to work with new technologies helping food and beverage companies all over the world to revolutionise their cooking processes?

OAL has consistently delivered next-generation technologies and world-class automation solutions over our 25-year history. Our patented Steam Infusion technology introduces steam at 1,000 m/s, transforming the way manufacturers heat and mix food products and delivering significant energy and processing savings.

We now need a highly motivated food science apprentice to assist the Development Chef (OAL) in the smooth running of the OAL trials at the Holbeach campus.

You will need to:
  • Source and prepare raw materials
  • Set up and clean the trial equipment
  • Collect and record trial data
  • Maintain and operate the OAL test systems and steam boiler
  • Adapt and create recipes for OAL patented systems

The role may require global travel from time to time to assist with trials and commissioning at customer sites.

OAL is a fast moving, dynamic company and so the opportunities for moving into a range of roles upon completion of your Higher Apprenticeship are possible.
