The role is based in theBanbury office.

Daily tasks include being involved with a broad range ofinitiatives,including Landlord & Tenant, Compulsory Purchase and Compensation, Access and Rights over land for the provision of powerlines, water and pipelines, and other General Practice and Utilities tasks with a real focus on your learning and personal development throughout the year. As well as attending block weeks at University you will be involved in CPD activity at work and learning from interaction with colleagues.

Personal qualities

Do not underestimate the commitment required fora Degree Apprenticeship. We support our apprentices through working and studying for a BSc Honours Degree on a part-time basis, but it requires a structured approach to working.

Desired qualifications

Weask for aminimum of 2 B's (6) and a C (4/5) at A level or equivalents, but will consider each application on merit and applicants' experience.

All enrolments are subject to the entry requirements for Harper Adams University and eligibility requirements for apprenticeship funding guidelines.

Future prospects

This is a long-term programme with a view to permanency at Fisher German on successful completion.

Things to consider

If you do not achieve all of the credits,there is time tocatch up and youcan re-sit or retake exams, but these will be at your own cost.

Fisher German have apprentices at other offices who can talk to you about the course.
