Vacancy description

Key responsibilities:

  • Taking course bookings via telephone, email, and internet
  • Recording course bookings using Area North booking procedure
  • Sending Joining Instructions to clients
  • Schedule and coordinate training courses and meetings
  • Invoicing clients
  • General administration and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • Taking customer payments using a card processing machine
  • Dealing with client training requirements
  • Chasing client payments
  • Issuing client certificates
  • To undertake any other relevant duties as may reasonably be requested by the Company

Desired qualifications

  • GCSE grades A-C/9-4 in maths and English (or the equivalent) are desirable, however not essential for this role

Training to be provided:

  • Intermediate Business and Administration Apprenticeship
  • Business Admin framework qualification 
  • In-house training to be provided by the employer 
  • Functional Skills in maths and English to be provided by the training provider, if required
