  • Assist and support colleagues within the Business Group with accounts preparation tasks
  • Analysing client bank accounts
  • Preparing accounts for sole traders, partnerships and small companies
  • Performance of accounting reconciliations
  • Progressing to the preparation of corporation tax computations
  • Working within a team and assisting on larger company accounts
  • Assisting other teams ad hoc, Vat, Tax and Audit
  • Monitor client deadlines
  • Ensure compliance with internal quality control procedures

Throughout your two year apprenticeship you will have gained practical experience, excellent personal and professional skills and will be familiar with the latest developments in the chartered accountancy profession.

By the time you come to the end of your apprenticeship, you should be working closely with a variety of clients including contacts at director level. You will have practical experience, excellent personal and professional skills and you will be familiar with the challenges facing business as they expand globally.

We then hope to offer you a further development role beyond your initial two year apprenticeship when we will support you through your next qualification such as the ACA qualification.
