Apprentice PA/Office Administrator

This role requires someone confident, organised, proactive and keen to progress.
Tasks including but not limited to:
Management of invoices and chasing payments HMRC, managing specific dates and ensuring accounts are all up to date
Marketing Material Website/Social media Management
Directors personal expenses/diary management
Post Errands (expenses covered) Attendance of events with
Director Compilation of contracts
Cold calling and lead generation
Ordering of stationery/kitchen goods for staff usage
Answering the office phone
Creating job adverts
Recruitment/arranging interviews/responding to candidates
£3.90 an hour + Bonus Structure (to be discussed at interview)
28 days holiday per year (inclusive of bank holidays)
30 hours a per week,
Monday – Friday 9am – 3pm (flexible for right candidate)
Excellent English and Maths
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Knowledge of social media and digital tools
Ability to keep information confidential Some knowledge of general sales and marketing communications
Customer Service Level 1 or some experience.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to prioritise
Good attention to detail

GCSE 4-9 in English and Maths
On the job training with the employer whilst working towards the Apprenticeship Framework – consisting of the NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration, Technical Certificate and Functional Skills if appropriate.
Regular work based assessments/observations carried out by Kent Training & Apprenticeships Tutor Assessor, to determine competency and meet with Awarding Body standards
