We're looking for a tech savvy, motivated individual who's keen to learn, has good problem-solving skills and a proven interest in tech. You'll enjoy learning new tech skills in your spare time, this could be through:

Desired qualifications
A minimum of 5 GCSEs grade A - C ( or equivalent) including English Language and maths and we particularly welcome applications from individuals that have undertaken relevant higher qualifications such as A Levels, a technical college course or degree.
Future prospects
Successful completion can lead to progression onto the degree apprenticeship.

Responsibilities:
- Log, update and track technical issues and requests raised by clients. Accurately documenting, diagnosing, investigating and resolving these issues
- Working as part of the support team and with client technical engineers to determine the nature of a issues and identify the appropriate action. This will be achieved by a process of analysis, questioning the client, recreating the scenario and using remote diagnostic tools to pinpoint the issues
- Clearly communicate technical issues and subsequent follow-up and resolution, with other support engineers, developers and management in verbal and written form as appropriate
- Test and document software upgrades and bug fixes working with the development team
- Assist with implementation of new software as well as performing software upgrades for clients
- Perform routine daily maintenance checks to ensure client systems are running efficiently
- Assist in the preparation of demonstration systems for presales
- Assist in the implementation and improvement of existing support processes and procedures
- Establish a good understanding of the systems and the on-premise and cloud environments the systems are implemented in

- Have an interest in the media industry and ability to learn in a fast paced environment

- Have excellent communication (verbaland written), interpersonal and organizational skills
- Be willing to visit to client and potential client sites
- Enjoy interacting with other people
