What you will do in your working day

Assess and test information provided by users in order to establish the most likely cause of failure. Accurately record incidents, service requests and problems using approved dedicated software packages to ensure that an audit trail and quality record exists. Apply corrective action where a first time fix is availalble for non system failures. Maintain a configuration management database in order to provide an effective record for faults. Provide general administration and office support.

The training you will be getting

Training will be delivered in-house on the company's premises along with face to face delivery and attendance at the training providers premises. Access to corporate training, including data protection, teambuilding, confidence and assertiveness training, stress and resilience presentation and communication skills is also provided.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

Possible employment within Cheshire East or Cheshire West and Chester or one of their partner agencies. All apprentices are eligibile to apply for internal vacancies upon commencement of their fixed term contract.
