Do you want to work with one of the most dynamic yoga, fitness & wellness brands in London? Are you outgoing and willing to get in the mix?
Are you a process led individual with an analytical background, strong numerical background who can read and develop key business metrics.
This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior management to develop process and strategies to enable our fast growth plans.
This hands-on internship comes with the unique benefit of working in a friendly atmosphere in East London, with free access to yoga and fitness classes.
The role will work closely with and report directly to the Operations Director.
  • Day to Day reporting on Key Business Metrics
  • Create and showcase daily, weekly or monthly sales reporting
  • Analyse and implement change management procedures across our internal team
  • Be able to demonstrate and present the key business metrics to internal/external stakeholders.
  • Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals
  • Represent the company in events, conferences etc.
  • Able to implement and deliver on sales strategies to reach businessKPIs

  • Ensure all internal communications are kept up to date with relevant information.
  • Manage personal internal communication platforms.
  • Create a relevant process to increase staff productivity.

  • Have good attention to detail and an analytical approach to solving problems
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, GSuite, databases and information system
  • Good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques
  • Have an ability to multi-task and thrive in an environment with time sensitive deadlines
  • Thrive on working autonomously, and in a team
  • Be creative, enthusiastic and hard working

Desired qualifications

Entry requirements
  • A Level BCC or
  • BTEC National Diploma - DDM
  • Access course: Pass with 21 merits;
  • Plus English and maths GCSE (C or above), or equivalent

Future prospects

From time to time, the successful applicant will be required to manage and attend marketing schedules such as events, free classes and sell the brand and classes to a wider audience, alongside managing teams of flyerers. Visits of our locations is a necessary task and must be done weekly.
