Are you a process led individual who enjoys a pro-active lifestyle, we are looking for an associate project manager to help develop our internal functions of the business.

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior management to develop process and strategies to enable our fast growth plans.

This apprenticeshipcomes with the unique benefit of working in a friendly atmosphere in East London, with free access to yoga and fitness classes.

Main duties:

The role will work closely with and report directly to the Operations Director.

Project management:
  • Day-to-day management of CEO commitments
  • Working with Operations Director to project manage new studio openings
  • Create the necessary strategy and process to deliver studio openings on time and under budget
  • Work with external contractors to ensure a smooth operation
  • Ensure all details and processes are passed onto the Operations Manager

  • Develop and manage the necessary reporting for the success of new studio openings
  • Monitor budgets and ensure they are all met
  • Manage Spreadsheet and GANTT Charts with external contractors for the successful launch of new studios

Internal communications:
  • Ensure all internal communications are kept up to date with relevant information
  • Manage efficiency within variety of different projects to ensure deadlines are met
  • Manage internal communications platform
  • Create relevant process to increase staff productivity

Desired qualifications

  • A-Level BBB or;
  • BTEC National DiplomaDDMor;
  • Equivalent level 3 qualifications worth 120 UCAS points supported by substantial relevant work experience
  • Applicants must hold 5 GCSEs A-C including maths and English or equivalent (reformed GCSEs grade 4 or above).
  • We welcome qualifications from around the world. English language qualifications for international students: IELTS score of 6.0 or Cambridge Proficiency or Advanced Grade C
