- Working closely with the operations team to ensure all areas of the Food Safety System are constantly maintained
- Creating standard operating procedures for production processes
- Calculating nutritional information for customers using a software system
- Carry out microbiology swabbing in the factory environment and prepare samples of finished products for testing
- Supplier approval management
- To ensure regular quality checks are carried out on CCP documentation
- To provide technical administration support to the technical team
- To liaise with suppliers with regards to complaints, quality and technical information
