Food and Drink Advanced Engineers will have various roles across the organisation, from:
  • Infrastructure
  • Asset care
  • Production management and process development, working closely with a range of other engineers
  • Service and maintenance functions and tasks,
  • Projects and interactions with external equipment and ingredient providers.
  • Apprenticeswill contribute to business performance through projects

This degree apprenticeship is a full-time permanent role from day one along with a competitive startingsalary. Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • Excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to think logically and to work both independently and as part of a team
  • The ability and willingness to travel to different offices and client sites is required, and you will have a passion for technology


Personal qualities

  • To be successful you will need to be enthusiastic and well-disciplined as our degree apprenticeship is heavily focused on attitude and behaviour
  • In addition, you will need to exhibit initiative, be reliable and conscientious


Desired qualifications

To be eligible for the Food Engineering Degree Apprenticeship, you will need
  • 7 GCSE's A*-C (9-4) or equivalents including maths and English
  • A Minimum of 96 UCAS points at A Levels ideally in maths and a steam subject; or an equivalent BTEC/City & Guilds Level 3 Extended Diploma or equivalent qualification at D*DD grade/or a relatedlevel 3 Apprenticeship in Engineering Maintenance/Technology

Applicants that do not have the listed qualifications may still meet the entry requirements based on their work experience and will be reviewed on a case by case basis.Carefully describe your experience as part of your application.
