Start Date
  • Develop our candidate experience strategy, ensuring that every apprentice has a smooth onboarding experience, and that all their questions are answered
  • You will work to create scalable processes that put the user first to enable us to smoothly onboard 1000s of apprentices
  • Work with the programme and delivery team to ensure smooth day to day running of launches. This will involve preparing briefing materials, getting rooms organised and ensuring that key documents needed to launch are in place
  • You will be the main point of liaison with our coaches before launches, ensuring that they are set up for success
  • You will research and implement new ways of working, harnessing technology and best practice from elsewhere to constantly improve our offer and feed into smooth working with Sales and Delivery

Desired skills

  • You can operate under pressure in a composed manner and are someone others rely on to keep the train on the tracks
  • You have a very high attention to detail and care deeply about ensuring projects are delivered on time and that key processes are completed

Personal qualities

  • You have a 'no job is too small' attitude and enjoy being someone who gets stuff done (GSD)
  • You're a natural problem solver and really enjoy supporting the structure around processes to make them efficient and scalable
  • You have impeccable written and verbal communication skills

Desired qualifications

  • Five GCSE grades C - A* (or 4-9), including maths and English

Future prospects

  • After your Project Management apprenticeship progress into Project Management, Digital Transformation Manager, Business Development Lead, Programme Manager, Transformation Director and Process Transformation Director or other management roles within your field
