An exceptional opportunity to join a small business as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 consultant working on CRM Software. The apprentice will have the opportunity to play a significant part in the growth of the business and work in other areas such as digital marketing.
Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:

Although the main duties of the post will be related to providing Dynamics 365 consulting, because of the size of the company, the consultant would be expected to assist the business owner with all aspects of the business which includes the following:

Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:
- Providing support on Dynamics 365 products to clients
- Reviewing client requirements and making recommendations on how to customise Dynamics 365
- Making customizations
- Managing client subscriptions (adding new users, licenses and so on)
- Developing training materials
- Keeping records in the internal Dynamics 365 database up to date
Additional Duties
Although the main duties of the post will be related to providing Dynamics 365 consulting, because of the size of the company, the consultant would be expected to assist the business owner with all aspects of the business which includes the following:
Book-keeping:
- Entering supplier invoices and payments
- Creating customer invoices
Business Development:
- Contributing to the maintenance of the company website
- Managing search engine optimization in conjunction with external suppliers
- Contributing to the development of the business
- Contributing to marketing activities
- Maintaining the customer and supplier database
Training Room:
- Managing bookings for the training room
- Preparing training schedules
- Receiving and looking after delegates on training courses
- Sorting out catering and refreshments
Office Support:
- Maintaining a filing system for the business
- Liaising with external suppliers
- Ordering supplies
- General tasks as needed
Requirements and prospects

- Excellent written, numeracy and analytical skills
- General IT skills especially in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Some knowledge of and an interest in databases and IT in general
