This is an exciting opportunity for a person who is passionate about Sales Marketing and business development and is not afraid of hard work, exceeding targets and taking on responsibility. The person would relish the opportunity to work in business to business sales and account management working with publishers and PR companies. You will work alongside a confident team putting together competitions for some of the biggest names in the magazine-publishing world. If you are enthusiastic and hardworking with the confidence to build relationships, this could be the perfect role for you to show off your skills and develop some new ones.

The role will mainly involve speaking to PR companies and brands directly to source suitable prizes for different publications. You will be responsible for selecting the brands, contacting the relevant people and ensuring all the copy, images etc. are in place for the latest competitions. Typical activities will include:
  • Time on the phone making new contacts and building the relationships with new people and existing clients
  • Researching brands
  • Checking copy and images

This isn't just a cold calling role as you will oversee the whole process from start to finish which is extremely rewarding!

  • Have a real passion seeing things through from start to finish
  • Creative and hardworking individual
  • Love of Marketing and sales
  • Experienced in Marketing (but this doesn't have to be the case, as long as you can demonstrate that it is an area you want to work in.)
  • Be conscientious with a keen attention todetail

  • 5 GCSE's or equivalents
