Position Summary:

The position is working within the Procurement Department supporting the team, duties will include the following:

Accountabilities:
  • Processing purchase orders
  • Liaising with suppliers to confirm delivery dates
  • Producing stock and purchasing reports
  • Assisting in stock checks and reconciliation of stock
  • Maintaining of paperwork including purchase requisitions and delivery notes
  • Assisting with invoice queries
  • General administrative duties

  • Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Numerate, with good verbal and written communication skills
  • A high level of attention to detail Punctual and Reliable
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Keen to learn with a 'can do' attitude

Things to consider

Mobility Requirements:

The role is office based, however there will be a requirement to regularly visit the warehouse and production sites to fulfil accountabilities.
