What you will do in your working day

Learn to provide professional Licensing advice and information to service users, signpost to other Council services, partners and external agencies and deliver an efficient licensing service, to improve the health and quality of life for those who live in, work in and visit the city

The training you will be getting

Brighton & Hove City Council's Safer Communities have an exciting opportunity for a Level 4 apprentice in Regulatory Compliance. The team is responsible for the licensing of hackney carriage and private hire drivers, vehicles and operators.

The apprenticeship at level 4 is run by CSA who are responsible for supporting you with your learning and carrying out assessments. The course has core skills, knowledge and behaviours to complete and your work experience will be linked to these skills, knowledge and behaviours in your course. You will receive additional support from a nominated mentor, throughout the duration of the Apprenticeship.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

At the end of the training the apprentice will achieve Regulatory Compliance Level 4 Apprenticeship and the opportunity to apply for any suitable roles should vacancies arise.
