Customer Service Assistant

DESCRIPTION OF VACANCY
We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills and a willingness to help others. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely entry of orders into our ERP system. We expect you to provide excellent customer service by telephone, email and face to face. You will manage data and provide support across the customer service team.
Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, letter, email and face to face. Accurate inputting of orders. Maintenance of customer database. Providing help and advice to customers on Thuasne products. Keeping accurate records of discussion/correspondence with customers using CRM. Handling customer complaints Learning about Thuasne’s products and keep up to date with changes. Ensure that all customer queries and complaints are successfully handled and resolved to the standards set out by Thuasne.
£3.90 per hour
Mon-Friday 9 am – 5:30 pm
Maths and English Good communication skills Computer literate, including Microsoft Office Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and ERP systems an advantage Willing to use initiative
Well spoken and presentable Capable of building relationships at all levels Manage own time efficiently Team player Good attention to detail Enthusiastic
Minimum 2 years’ order entry/customer service experience
On the job training with the employer whilst working towards the Apprenticeship Framework – consisting of the Intermediate NVQ Level, Technical Certificate and Functional Skills if appropriate.
Regular work based assessments/observations carried out by Kent Training & Apprenticeships Tutor Assessor, to determine competency and meet with Awarding Body standards.

Therefore, you must have the means to get to your place of work on a daily basis whilst waiting for your first wages to be paid.
