Vacancy Description

In this role, the primary responsibilities will be to:
  • Support writing and maintaining all PMO processes and procedures, ensuring that these are adhered to throughout the multi-functional and globally based teams
  • Design and roll out templates across the organization to control and manage successful delivery of projects
  • Support the Risk management activity to include the facilitation of risk management meeting and lessons learnt across the programs
  • Provide support to PMs in tracking and communicating program status to include costs and budgets
  • Establish clear communication protocols that support driving the schedule and reporting the functional activities
  • Support the development of presentations and review PowerPoint packs, coordinating inputs from across the business supporting both internal and customer reviews as required
  • Support the program planning team as required to include updating program schedules in P6
  • Support continuous improvement activities
  • Create and execute project plans, including revisions where necessary to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects as appropriate
  • Ensure project documentation is complete, current and stored appropriately
  • Ensure clear communication to and with all project stakeholders on an on-going basis
