In this role, the primary responsibilities will be to:
- Support writing and maintaining all PMO processes and procedures, ensuring that these are adhered to throughout the multi-functional and globally based teams
- Design and roll out templates across the organization to control and manage successful delivery of projects
- Support the Risk management activity to include the facilitation of risk management meeting and lessons learnt across the programs
- Provide support to PMs in tracking and communicating program status to include costs and budgets
- Establish clear communication protocols that support driving the schedule and reporting the functional activities
- Support the development of presentations and review PowerPoint packs, coordinating inputs from across the business supporting both internal and customer reviews as required
- Support the program planning team as required to include updating program schedules in P6
- Support continuous improvement activities
- Create and execute project plans, including revisions where necessary to meet changing needs and requirements
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects as appropriate
- Ensure project documentation is complete, current and stored appropriately
- Ensure clear communication to and with all project stakeholders on an on-going basis
