On completion of the degree and end point assessment through RICS the apprentice will become a member of RICS as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor.

- Interpreting drawings, measurements and take off
- Analysing bills of quantities, contract sums and final accounts
- Drafting tenders and proposal documents for new projects
- Liaise with Tenderers, Sub-Contractors and other industry professionals and stakeholders
- Drafting contract documents and reports
- Attending client meetings
- Undertaking site visits and valuations

Desired qualifications
- A-levels - BBC; or
- BTEC Extended Diploma - DMM; or
- 112 UCAS Tariff points from three A-levels or equivalent qualifications; and
- GCSEs - English and maths grade C/4
