We are offering a great opportunity for a keen individual looking to get in to the construction industry. We want a Construction Apprentice to support the business, working their way through departments to get rounded experience and skills. This fantastic opportunity will provide you with the relevant knowledge and experience to pursue your career, giving you a qualification whilst you gain actual work experience.

Entry is subject to interview and assessment. In addition, you need to have GCSEs or equivalentin English and maths at Grade C/4.
A Level 3 or equivalent occupational qualification in the subject area of the apprenticeship would be beneficial.
Future prospects
Previous candidates have moved in to Quantity Surveying, Estimating, Technical Engineering and Construction Management.
Things to consider
The role will include some site visits (though not regular) which may include heights.
Applicants must be a minimum of 18 to undertake a Level 4 Apprenticeship Programme.

- Dimensional control of construction projects
- Assisting design teams with civil engineering solutions on construction projects
- Supervision of specialist contractors
- Contribute to the control of health and safety on construction projects
- Recording, control and reporting of progress on a construction project
- Contribute to the minimisation of the environmental impact of construction projects
- Control the quality of works on a construction project
Please note, you will be required to work 4 days per week and attend college one day per week.
