Ruddocks are hiring! We are currently recruiting for 2 Print Production Apprentices to work from our premises in Lincoln.
About the apprenticeship
We are looking for 2 Print Production Apprentices to join our well established, family run business. As part of the British Printing Industries Federation (BPIF) accredited apprenticeship you will combine academic learning along with extensive on the job training across each of our print production departments including digital print, lithographic print, large format print, print finishing, warehousing and distribution.
By working closely with our highly experienced, passionate and knowledgeable team you will get the opportunity to learn all the technical and practical elements of print production and finishing whilst developing your own specialisms throughout the structured 2 year programme.

Who are we looking for?
We are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic, individuals with a logical, meticulous and practical approach. GCSE’s (C / 4 and above) in Maths, English and ideally a technical subject. e.g. Technology are desired but not essential.
Full time employment to be discussed upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
- The role is based on a 38 hour week over 5 days, working hours between 8am – 6pm.
- We pay an enhanced apprenticeship rate.
- 26 days holiday per year + Bank Holidays.
- Company Pension Scheme provided upon completion of apprenticeship.
