We are Software Solutions provider helping more that 300 clubs and schools manage data and generate revenues from our fully integrated, open platform. We are EPoS, Mobile Apps and cashless payment specialists.

Vacancy Description

This apprenticeship will allow you to gain a customer service level 2 apprenticeship and be part of a cutting-edge team handling day to day customer service support on mobile apps, EPoS, Golf Club Management software and cashless payment systems.

You will provide high quality service to our customers with a smile.

Duties will include:

  • Answering phones
  • Speaking with clients
  • Emails Support
  • Creating Tickets and Updating call records into CRM
  • On phone Training on Hardware & Software (training will be provided)
  • Equipment set up & Support

Wage

Annual Wage £8,112

Weekly wage £156

Bonus & Incentives

Hours

Monday to Friday – 8.45am to 5pm

40 hours per week

45 minute lunch breaks

Qualifications Required

Preferably English and Maths GCSE (or equivalent) grades D or above

Training Provided

On the job training with the employer whilst working towards the Apprenticeship Framework – consisting of the Intermediate NVQ Level, Technical Certificate and Functional Skills if appropriate.

Regular work based assessments/observations carried out by Kent Training & Apprenticeships Tutor Assessor, to determine competency and meet with Awarding Body standards.

Additional Detail

As of 1st April 2019, the NMW for Apprentices is £3.90 per hour. This applies to 16 - 18 year old Apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other Apprentices the Apprentice National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies.

The wage for Apprentices applies to both time spent on the job plus time spent in training.
