    Responsibilities:

    • Initial sourcing and identification of candidates
    • Research for identification of targets
    • Cold calling to secure new contacts, names and information
    • Candidate management and engagement
    • Interviewing candidates to gain understanding of their personality, experience and aspirations
    • Formulating and creating candidate CVs and cover notes
    • Administration and organisation of interviews and providing pre-interview advice
    • Guiding and advising candidates through the interview process
    • Creating and proof reading candidate briefs, shortlists, databases etc.
    • Handling candidate responses and feedback
    • Updating the database for clients, vacancies and candidates
    • Research projects for candidate identification and client studies
    • Competitor analysis
    • Market research and mapping for search assignments
    • General office admin including inputting CVs onto internal database
    • Preparation and formatting of proposals, shortlists, salary benchmarking, briefing documents etc
    • Social media analysis / research on high profile appointments
