Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:
  • Be a point of escalation for IS (Information Systems) issues and manage the appropriate priorities and required actions
  • Provide practical technical support with all IT software and hardware within the business
  • Contribute to the maintenance of product release notes and distribution of product manuals
  • Help maintain and manage central knowledge base libraries for the benefit of the team and Staff
  • Write and run object-based scripting to augment current database and information
  • Implement development of current IS and required testing prior to deployment
  • Provide support to IS Manager and headquarters staff in the continued development of Outico IT systems


Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • Good IT skills including experience of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Dynamics CRM and Computer based Telephony (CBT)) and good working knowledge of Microsoft SQL
  • Willing and able to learn new skills to adapt to ever changing business needs.
  • Familiarity with web standards and usability
  • Ability to implement web service API's, and XML feeds
  • Organised and able to prioritise time and work to record time spent and deliverables achieved to support business objectives of increasing consumer education and sales
  • Ability to work from and update scripted tasks
