Platform Support - Support Engineer (Advanced)
As an apprentice in the Digital Workplace Platform Support team within Dynamic IT, you will be involved with a wide range of critical platforms for BT’s people to have the best digital experience. You’ll be immersed in a wide range of collaborative services; Microsoft Office 365, Email Technology, Instant Messaging Services, SharePoint and BT Video to name but a few. Working alongside other members of the team, you’ll be delivering brilliant and highly available services used by thousands of employees. In addition to the digital services platforms themselves, you’ll also use a lot of scripting and SharePoint skills to help us automate, monitor, track, audit and report.
