Start Date
Assisting the Sport and Leisure team with all requirements to collect, measure, manage, and analyse data.

To include, but not exclusively:
  • Assist with the implementation of appropriate data management systems
  • To collate and interpret qualitative and quantitative data and convert into infographics, reports, excel tables and graphs
  • To ensure that we complete ongoing reviews and tracking of data across projects
  • To provide reports to support the Sports Consultants, and Stakeholders to understand requirements translating the business needs into our feasibility studies and business plans
  • Analyse surveys, and questionnaires and other data to understand current, potential users, and their aspirations and needs
  • Undertake monitoring and evaluation of key tasks this will include e.g. case studies, consents and GDPR compliance, grants surveys, research, and evaluation of information
  • Uploading of data as necessary including any information required for external funding partners
  • Work with the Sport & Leisure Team to develop a number of Monitoring and Evaluation tools to measure both economic and social impact of our work
  • Utilise mapping

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • Knowledge or Experience of data management systems either paid or voluntary
  • An understanding of research approaches with people and organisations
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Able to deal with changing priorities and pressure, with good time management skills and attention to detail
  • Good Microsoft Office IT skills (including advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with PowerPoint)
  • Need to be able to process a high level of information quickly, and interpret data accurately and effectively
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Excellent written communication skills

  • Work well as part of a team
  • Must show a strong aptitude for learning, and have the ambition and will to develop through the company
  • A keen interest in the design of buildings
  • Punctual
  • Have a professional manner
  • Self-motivated and able to use initiative

Desired qualifications

GCSEs at grade A/7- C/4 in English and maths or equivalent.

Future prospects

Potential full-time employment within the practice following completion of required training. All employees, at all levels, are encouraged and supported to further their progression within the company.

Things to consider

Must be able to make own way to Nettleham Village (North of Lincoln).
