Insurance broker – quoting and selling private car, taxis and other types of insurance ranging from house to pet.


DESCRIPTION OF VACANCY
A2 Insurance are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join their administration processing team, assisting with administrative tasks generating from the sales team as well as a variety of customer queries and requests, also general adhoc office duties.

This is going to be an exciting and dynamic role for the right person, with main duties including

Collating and processing client information onto the computer to generate client quotations Providing face to face services to walk in customers with all aspects of insurance Answering telephone queries and ensuring customers receive a first class service Making outbound customer service calls to clients and insurance companies Processing quotations through to new business and renewals


HOURS
8.50AM – 5PM, Monday – Friday. 1 Hour lunch break.

WAGE
Minimum of £146.25 ( based on a 37.5 hour week)

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Minimum of GSCE Grade 2 (Grade D) in English and Maths or equivalent


TRAINING PROVIDED
On the job training with the employer whilst working towards the Apprenticeship Framework – consisting of the Intermediate NVQ Level, Technical Certificate and Functional Skills if appropriate.

Regular work based assessments/observations carried out by Kent Training & Apprenticeships Tutor Assessor, to determine competency and meet with Awarding Body standards.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION
