As an expanding developer of good quality housing we are looking for someone to join the existing small team to assist with the growth of the company and to also develop within the organisation leading to internal promotion only restricted by the employees ambition and ability.

Duties will include:
- Working day to day with the Commercial Director covering all aspects of Commercial Quantity Surveying
This will include
- Land work
- Land appraisals and purchasing
- Liaising with contractors right they way through to project completion

Desired qualifications
- A minimum of grade BBB from three A Levels (120UCAS tariff points - New tariff or 300 UCAS tariff points - Old tariff)
or
- Construction and Built Environment Extended Diploma with a minimum DMM profile
and
- Six GCSEs grade C or above including mathematics and English (reformed GCSEs grade 4 or equivalent or above)
