Duties to include:
  • Support, maintain and developdata auditingsystems and processes
  • Identify, collect and migrate data to/from a range of internal and external systems
  • Manipulate and link different data sets as required
  • Perform routine statistical analysesin Microsoft Exceland other tools
  • Assist production of performance dashboards and reports
  • Assist with data qualitycheckingandcleansing
  • Apply the tools and techniques for data analysis, data visualisation and presentation
  • Assist with the production of a range of ad-hoc and standard data analysis reports
  • Summarise and present the results of data analysis to a range of stakeholders
  • Work closely with the customer success team toassist in providinganswers to enquiries and data requests
  • Gain knowledge of the TMT industry as it relates to the data sets held within Ovum'sdata tools
  • WorkwithTableau, Alteryx, and Jira to varying degreesin addition to Microsoft Excel

  • Knowledge of telecoms, media and technology industry a plus

Desired qualifications
