We're looking for an Apprentice Test Analyst to join our team and help us build something really special.

As an Apprentice Test Analyst, you will be given the opportunity to develop your skills and gain experience working with our clients whilst being mentored throughout your journey by an experienced Test Lead/ Manager whom you will be reporting to. Your role will consist of:

Things to consider
We will need the candidates to be mobile as they may be working on a client's site, however all expenses will be paid (e.g. petrol allowance) & hotels provided in line with the expenses policy. Full training will be given along with a broad range of exposure to new automation tools.

What you will be doing:

- Reviewing business artefacts/ requirements
- Creating test scope
- Creating and executing test cases (Manual/ Automation)
- Creating test plans
- Reporting bugs/defects via a defect management tool
- Executing regression packs
- Executing automation test suites
- Liaising with business stakeholders
- Working closely with Developers and Business Analysts

Requirements and prospects
Desired skills
- Good communication skills with the ability to converse with both technical and non-technical audiences
- An individual who has great problem solving skills
- Previous experience in a QA role would be advantageous but not essential
- Experience with a programming language (C#, C++, Java, Python, Ruby, SQL) (Desirable)

- Keen attention to detail and is eager to learn
- Someone who can work well with a close-knit team
