IT Support Apprentice
Provide first line IT support and systems administration for Funding Circle. Support employees with hardware and software. Assist with the daily tasks of the IT support and Infrastructure teams.
This role will initially involve the logging and provision of 1st line IT support and field
support to internal customers and to ensure that targets and SLAs are met.
●Provide excellent customer service to staff
●Support our Windows & Mac environment
●To keep employee equipment up to date and in functional order
●To keep track of various inventory assets and stock checks (Laptops/Mobiles)
●Keep track of work and equipment requests via ticketing systems (e.g. Jira)
●Work with the rest of their IT Support Team
●Take care of regular administration tasks
You will also be required to assist and shadow all members in the Corporate IT team. This will ensure a well-rounded understanding of how the team functions globally, as well as being able to assist every aspect of our team. You will eventually will be providing recommendations on support faults, building/installing PCs and configuring other hardware/software, liaising with third party suppliers and setting up email and user accounts.
