To work alongside the Group Risk Manager and Head of Internal Audit in scheduling audit, carrying out audit and monitoring corrective action plans. Proactive involvement in audit across the business and the analysis of results. Assess root cause fault analysis and determine long-term plans with auditees.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- To develop an Internal Audit Programme for: Retail Stores, Head Office, CEC, NDC, ACC, HD&F and APSS
- The programme should reflect the levels of Risk posed to be business
- Audits should comply to ISO9001 and be compliant to the processes and policies adopted by the organisation
- Manage the input and review of data on the Riskwise audit tool
- Monitor responses from the Corrective & Preventative Actions resulting from audits to ensure completion
- Assess the Root Cause Fault Analysis for each CAPA and present the findings to the Audit Review Panel
- Prepare Analysis and findings from audits based on Categories and Actions
- Work alongside other auditor personnel within the business
- Support the Group Risk Manager / Head of Internal Audit in delivering investigation and guidance on compliance

- A good understanding of all Windows Applications and excellent verbal and written communication skills
Personal qualities
- Good communication and people skills. Be able to challenge process and procedure. Adaptability and willingness to travel and work away from home base.
Desired qualifications
- Minimum of 2 A-Levels to grade C preferably in English and maths
