Working as the Business Administration Apprentice you will:
  • Help to communicate our learning offer and the ongoing opportunities available using a variety of internal digital channels
  • Help to gather and create stories that demonstrate our Values based learning in action
  • Help to promote and signpost colleagues to new and upcoming events and the latest news updates
  • Help organise events such as networking groups, outside speakers, brand building events
  • Track data from different sources and help produce reports for different audiences
  • Assist in the presentation of learning content for different media
  • Seek feedback from employees on the 'Connect@LiveWest' experience using a variety of evaluation/feedback mechanisms
  • Organise a schedule of events and keep it updated
  • Keep track of all activity using SharePoint and other systems

Things to consider

The Current National Minimum Wage (NMW) rate for apprentices is £3.90 per hour. Apprentices must be paid at least the minimum wage rate for their age if they are aged 19 or over and have completed their first year. Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week). If so annual starts at 26 days per year plus bank holidays and there is adiscretionary annual organisational bonus.
