- Deliver against agreed objectives, in line with induction and training plan for the apprentice role
- Collaborating with the wider operational account and 3rd party teams to resolve customer tickets
- Understand and adopt documented processes and procedures to support working practices

Requirements and prospects

- Awareness of IT Service Desk Environment
- Knowledge of IT Equipment & Software
- Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Desired qualifications
- At least five GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C/4 or above, including English, maths, and either ICT or science
- Ideally, you will have either a minimum of two A levels (or equivalent), a Level 3 Apprenticeship qualification, or Level 3 BTEC
