Duties/responsibilities to include:
  • Deliver against agreed objectives, in line with induction and training plan for the apprentice role
  • Collaborating with the wider operational account and 3rd party teams to resolve customer tickets
  • Understand and adopt documented processes and procedures to support working practices
  • Adoption of the Daisy values and behaviours
  • Provide bring live support, configuration, and administration
  • Embrace self-development with linkage to skills matrix

  • Awareness of IT Service Desk Environment
  • Knowledge of IT Equipment & Software
  • Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Good organisational skills, with the ability to multitask
  • Good relationship building skills
  • Good problem solving abilities
  • Good verbal and written communication skills


Personal qualities

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Drive, self-motivation, and ability to work under own initiative
  • Willingness to learn and a "can do" attitude


Desired qualifications

  • At least five GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C/4 or above, including English, maths, and either ICT or science
  • Ideally, you will have either a minimum of two A levels (or equivalent), a Level 3 Apprenticeship qualification, or Level 3 BTEC
