Customer Service Apprentice (Fixed term)

Salary: GBP13,500
Job Type: Full Time, 18 months Fixed term contract
Hours: 35 per week
Location: South Manchester

About the role:

Reporting to the Customer Contact Team Leader, the Customer Service Apprentice is responsible for completion of specified administrative tasks within the Customer Access Hub, working with internal and external customers to ensure a timely and satisfactory resolution of customer demands received. You will act as the first point of contact for enquiries and will be responsible for coordinating a response within the specified timescales, including escalating customer demands to other colleagues for further investigation if required. The apprentice will also ensure they maximise attendance at college and proactively participate in the Growing Greatness programme whilst demonstrating commitment to completing their apprenticeship.

About You:

The successful candidate will be a self-starter able to work independently or as part of a team and qualified to minimum GCSE grade C or equivalent in English and maths. This is a requirement to meet the key criteria for and undertake training as required under the Apprenticeship programme.

You will prioritise workload and manage a number of tasks concurrently and be able to complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner. You should be able to interact with a wide range of people such as colleagues and other stakeholders to give information / find information and resolve problems.

You should have the ability to work flexibly and when needed outside normal working hours.

You may have experience of the following: Administration Apprenticeship, Apprentice, Apprenticeship, Apprentice Administrator, Trainee Scheme, Training Scheme, Administrator, Administration, Admin Assistant etc
