DESCRIPTION OF VACANCY
LinkPoint Resources are looking to recruit an Apprentice Recruitment Administrator to join our successful agency and assist with general recruitment activities.
On the job training will be given and qualifications gained through the approved apprenticeship scheme will be awarded.
Answering telephone calls, taking messages and filtering calls
Uploading Job descriptions to numerous jobs boards Identifying key screening questions from the job descriptions
Search and selection of candidates using a variety of different methods
Reviewing CVs and Identifying suitable candidates
Briefing and debriefing of candidates
General Administrative tasks
Answering telephone calls, taking messages and filtering calls Maintaining and updating checklists & databases
Carrying out Sales calls at quiet periods Assisting with sales enquiries
£13,000 per annum
Monday to Friday
9am to 5.30pm
Excellent IT & English Skills Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills
Very good knowledge of MS Outlook, Word & Excel Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Team player and able to work under pressure when needed
Experience carrying out Administration would be advantageous
Experience with social networking, preferably Linked-In would be useful
Knowledge of Job Boards, Totaljobs, Monster etc, would be useful
Enthusiastic Keen to learn and develop
Grade 4 to 9 (A* to C) GCSE’s (or equivalent) in English & ICT
On the job training with the employer whilst working towards the Apprenticeship Framework – consisting of the Intermediate NVQ Level, Technical Certificate and Functional Skills if appropriate.
Regular work based assessments/observations carried out by Kent Training & Apprenticeships Tutor Assessor, to determine competency and meet with Awarding Body standards.
The employer has asked that you do not contact them direct. Doing so could jeopardise your application. You will be responsible for your travel expenses to and from your place of work. Therefore, you must have the means to get to your place of work on a daily basis whilst waiting for your first wages to be paid.
