  • Managing the stationery, resources and materials used for Become More events; preparing new materials, ordering more stock, ensuring the cupboards and filing systems are kept organised and tidy
  • Liaise with teachers and school coordinators to ensure our projects, events and activities are delivered within the time frame and to a high professional standard. Carry out relevant administrative tasks for those projects for your group of schools
  • Inputting evaluation form data into SurveyMonkey, an online database and creating summary reports to send out to our partners
  • Updating relevant project systems including project plans, calendars, trackers and other relevant documents
  • Assist with the booking and coordination of project trips and liaise with relevant partners involved
  • Dealing with enquiries from employers and schools by telephone and email
  • Attending Become More Team events with Project Managers and providing assistance with the preparation of the venues
  • Meeting and greeting business volunteers when they arrive at an event; creating a welcoming environment for them, offering refreshments, and answering queries
  • Support when needed volunteers and work with groups of students or provide individual students with support
  • Maintaining the CRM database for the Become More Team

Desired qualifications

  • Five GCSE grades C - A* (or 4-9), including maths and English
  • Level 3 qualification (BTEC, NVQ or equivalent)
  • Ideal candidates would have 6+ months admin experience

Future prospects

After your Project Management apprenticeship progress into Project Management, Digital Transformation Manager, Business Development Lead, Programme Manager, Transformation Director and Process Transformation Director or other management roles within your field.
