What you will do in your working day
The successful candidate will learn the Building Regulations and associated Building Control activities. Assist in the day to day function of the Building Control service via practical experience and obtain the appropriate qualifications which are applicable to the post.
The training you will be getting
The apprentice will be required to enrol on the level 6 Building Control Surveyor apprenticeship programme with the University College of Estate Management.
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
We hope to offer a permanent contract on completion of the apprenticeship qualification.

A Level or equivalent any subject x 3 (Grade C or above) Essential
NVQ or SVQ Level 3 or equivalent in construction or property related discipline (Grade pass) Essential
