DESCRIPTION OF VACANCY
As a Business Administration Apprentice here at Flowbird you will be providing admin support to the Office Manager across the project management system and a variety of administrative duties. A good knowledge of Microsoft office applications is desired as well as attention to detail and good verbal and written skills.

Supporting Office Manager with Project Management System
Maintaining company records
Supporting with marketing automation campaigns Monitoring monthly retainers and staff time tracking Software related tasks
Monitoring incoming email communication
Creating job tickets
Data input
Writing quotes for customers
Other administrative duties as required
WAGE
£4.50 hour
HOURS
9.00am – 4.00pm Monday – Thursday (1/2 hour lunch)
9.00am – 1.00pm Friday
SKILLS REQUIRED
Attention to detail
Good written skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word & Excel
Knowledge of Google Apps
PERSONAL QUALITIES
Interest in providing good customer service Interest in IT and software desirable
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
A* – D Maths and English (or equivalent)
ICT qualification desirable
TRAINING PROVIDED
On the job training with the employer whilst working towards the Apprenticeship Framework – consisting of the Intermediate NVQ Level, Technical Certificate and Functional Skills if appropriate.
Regular work based assessments/observations carried out by Kent Training & Apprenticeships Tutor Assessor, to determine competency and meet with Awarding Body standards.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
