Duties will include:
  • Project management - Undertaking, supporting and leading internal group legal projects as and when required using appropriate project management tools and principles to scope, plan, monitor and report
  • Diary systems and meetings - Managing diaries and planning and organising meetings and the related logistics
  • Planning and organisation - Initiating and completing tasks, and managing time and priorities in order to meet deadlines and to support lawyers to meet deadlines
  • Documents and records - Producing and storing, and supporting lawyers to produce and store, accurate documents and records in a consistent, searchable manner
  • Optimisation, IT usage and related support - Supporting operational optimisation within Group Legal, including the proof of concept and roll out of any IT solutions, delivery of user IT training, and interacting with stakeholders to plan and organise training requirements
  • Financial processes - Performing invoice and expense related tasks, and managing related processes

  • You have a good understanding of the importance of safety in the workplace

Desired qualifications

  • Three A-Levels at grades A*-C (or 240 UCAS points or new tariff equivalent)
  • Good knowledge of IT packages e.g Microsoft Office, Google Docs/Sheets etc.
  • Five GCSE grades C - A* (or 4-9), including maths and English
  • Level 3 qualification (BTEC, NVQ or equivalent)

Future prospects

After your Project Management apprenticeship progress into Project Management, Digital Transformation Manager, Business Development Lead, Programme Manager, Transformation Director and Process Transformation Director or other management roles within your field.
