Property Booking Apprentice
MiServices is a national provider of property inspections services for letting agents and landlords. We’re recruiting a Business Administration apprentice to work in our busy office in Dover which manages a team of field staff across London and South East England.
Description of Vacancy
Within this job role, you will work alongside our office manager and senior booking advisor to ensure the smooth running of the company.
You will be joining a small team that is like a family with a non-hierarchical team structure. Everyone regardless of their job role gets stuck in to complete the same tasks which include:
Booking appointments by phone and email
Answering phone calls
Responding to enquiries from customers and other staff
Checking, proofreading and sending documents
Keeping administration files up to date
Being professional at all times
Delivering great customer service
Working efficiently and remaining punctual
The role of this job may change to suit the seasonality of our business, therefore flexibility from the apprentice in respect of their role and responsibilities is required.
Changes will always be discussed with the apprentice beforehand.
3.90 an hour
Upon completion of the qualification, the apprentice will receive a £500 bonus.
Shifts Monday to Saturday 8:30-6
40 hour week
4 Sundays a year required for training & team building
Comfortable with Apple products
Excellent time keeping skills
A personable manner
Good attention to detail
A willingness to learn
Responsible and reliable attitude
GCSE A-C in English and maths.
On the job training with the employer whilst working towards the Apprenticeship Framework – consisting of the Intermediate NVQ Level, Technical Certificate and Functional Skills if appropriate.
Regular work based assessments/observations carried out by Kent Training & Apprenticeships Tutor Assessor, to determine competency and meet with Awarding Body standards.
The employer has asked that you do not contact them direct. Doing so could jeopardise your application. You will be responsible for your travel expenses to and from your place of work. Therefore, you must have the means to get to your place of work on a daily basis whilst waiting for your first wages to be paid.
