Sales Executive Apprentice- Level 4

Your key responsibilities will be :

* Undertake and assist in the administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's initiatives are implemented and monitored.

* Analyse financial figures

* Assist in the planning of agreed K??rcher projects from concept to build.

* Management of the K??rcher Centre mystery shopping program.

* Assist in the organizing of promotional and Dealer engagement events and attend them to facilitate their success.

* Liaise with internal teams to ensure all channel activity is communicated effectively

* Compliance with workplace policies and procedures for risk identification, risk assessment and risk control

Your qualifications and experience are :

* GCSE Grade 4 (C equivalent) in Maths and English

* Excellent telephone manner

* Proactive approach to resolving customer queries

* Good communication skills

* Proficient keyboard skills

* Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
