We are looking for to expand our team of expert Early Years Apprenticeship Trainers and are appointing new positions to be based in and/or to work across Nottinghamshire.
The lowdown on being an Early Years Apprenticeship Trainer
As an Early Years Apprenticeship Trainer you will coach, mentor and educate learners in the workplace and remotely, via technology, promoting learning and preparation for assessment, across a range of Apprenticeships and qualifications in the Early Years sector.
You will work regionally, as part of a team and be attached to a local office base, alongside your colleagues and line management. Given the nature of the task at hand, you will be permanently employed on a full-time basis, but be given complete flexibility to plan your working week to suit your own schedule.
As an Early Years Apprenticeship Trainer with Connect2Care you can expect to receive a competitive starting salary up to GBP28,000pa, based on prior sector experience and qualifications PLUS a fantastic, enhanced benefits package that really does come with all the bells and whistles!
Do I need any specific experience or qualifications?
Training and development is at the heart of all we do and that extends to our staff. As long as you have at least 3 years' experience within the Early Years sector, such as a pre-school, nursery or childminder, at supervisory or management level and the drive, determination and passion to develop others, then we will develop you!

Please note; that due to the nature of the role we do ask that all our Early Years Apprenticeship Trainers outside of London to have a full UK driving license and access to their own car/motorbike for business travel.
