As aHR Coordinator you will be able to provide generalist support to senior HR team members, ensuring that all administration linked to the Human Resources Depertment is up to date on a day to day basis. Specific duties are varied and can encompass most areas on the operational side of the HR Department.

The role entails updating employee data, preparation of documents, managementof HRIS systems.
  • Maintain records of HR related data (payroll, personal information, leavers, starters, turnovers etc), in both paper and the database (workday) and ensure all employment requirements are met (references, right to work)
  • Maintain accurate employment data in workday(change of hours, change of job title, team changes)
  • Administer employee benefits based on Cyient internal policies, type of employment and country
  • Administer the New Starter Process (references, right to work and security checks if needed, holiday entitlement, induction packs, plan and coordinate associate inductions)
  • Administer the end to end leavers process (letter of resignation, removal from database, holiday calculation etc.)
  • Centrally maintain key reports
  • Respond to internal and external HR related enquiries or requests and aid where needed
  • Redirect HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team
  • Proacively collate relevant paperwork, monitoringprobationary periods
  • Assist with learning and development administration
