What you will do in your working day
Key Responsibilities
Provide operational support including configuring, installing, maintaining and troubleshooting the network infrastructure within CBRE.
Physical and remote support of CBRE's datacentres and offices.
Work with team leads to prioritize business and information needs
Work with a variety of systems and monitoring tools that interact with a live networking environment.
Create and maintain documentation in the relevant systems, appropriate to the environment.
Drive and maintain good working practice with clear communication.
The training you will be getting
You will be working towards a Level 4 apprenticeship standard.
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
An apprentice can expect to gain a CompTIA A+ Certification and understand network systems and architecture.

Communication skills, IT skills, Customer care skills, Initiative
Qualifications
GCSE or equivalent x5 Including Maths & English (Grade Grade 4 and above) Essential
